Hello: We are a multi-cultural family Asian-American decent. We have a large home in Carlsbad. We are an active family with daughters. Our home is 4 miles away from the ocean, close to public transportation going to GIA Gemological Institute America, California State San Marcos, Mira Costa College & Palomar College. We have hosted International students attending private high school from countries in China, Korea, Japan, France and USA. We are warm, loving family who loves to cook, entertain and interact with friends and family. We work in a global setting. Walking distance to Viasat, close proximity with Thermo Fisher Scientific, Genoptix, Ionis. We would love to open our home for others who need a warm and safe environment. Community has clubhouse, pool & jacuzzi, barbecue, fireplace, banks, groceries, coffee shops and restaurants. $1000 LIGHT BREAKFAST/DINNER (make your own) NO SMOKING. NO PETS. FEMALE OCCUPANTS ONLY!
