Hi! My name is Donna and I have a beautiful home in quiet neighborhood of Clairemont. Central to everywhere. I have several rooms I host in, all are lovely and one includes a private bath. Shopping, banks, restaurants are all within walking distance. Also within walking distance is an international market (halal) an Asian market and a mosque as well as multiple churches. The bus stops are close by as well within a 5-7 minute walk. Most schools are a short bus ride and if your study at UCSD the bus drops you right on campus in about 35 minutes. Street parking is also here if you drive. Please note that transit times listed on the page are not correct. Most times are much shorter.
I do not offer meals as I work a variety of different shifts. However my students have their own refrigerator and access to the kitchen. Please treat as you would your mom, lol! I ask you clean up after yourself. My home rules are quite minimal and we can discuss when you visit!
I have been hosting students 11 years and enjoy staying in touch with my past students.I have had the pleasure of hosting students from many many diverse countries. As well I have been fortunate enough to travel abroad as well mostly in Europe.
