Hello, I am new to hosting and was recommended to provide a homstay by a current user. I am a busy professional who works for a government agency so I prefer someone responsible, calm and easy going. I do not permit any extra guests. I have two rooms available for 1-6 months but I am open to discuss pricing and further arrangements.
