Mom and 18-year old son in quiet UC neighborhood in 4 BR home. House is walking distance to bus stop and perfect for students attending UC San Diego. Bedrooms are furnished with bed/desk/dresser and small fridge
We have patio and space for BBQ in the back of the house. Area for smoking provided on patio. Washer/Dryer available with laundry privileges.
Mom works most days. Looking ideally for an international exchange student for several months at a time.
