Hi , I have a room available. Rent is $950/mo fully furnished and all utilities included. We're in Clairemont Mesa, extremely close to all the Asian supermarkets and restaurants including two 99 Ranch Supermarkets, Zion and new H-Mart. We're just within 15 mins to UCSD by car. My wife and I speak Cantonese, no pets and no kids, very quiet home and safe neighborhood. • Not for full-time work-at-home tenants

• Not for tenants to regularly host guests during daytime and nighttime
