Hi! We are a couple in our mid-30's. As an international students ourselves in the past, we enjoy having the opportunity to offer the same experience to international students and all that San Diego has to offer.

Come enjoy our beatiful city. We live in Bay park, centrally located in the heart of San Diego, 15 min driving away from UCSD , 10min away from Pacific Beach, 10min-15min walking from Mission Bay. Easy access to iconic locations either on a public transportation or a bike. We have a bus stop right outside our place (we are located in Bay Park: Clairemont Dr with Iroquois Ave) that takes about 50-60min to get either to UCSD or 30-40min to get Downtown San Diego.

We live in a quiet community with amazing canyon and ocean views. 20 units in the community, quite neighbors.

We live with our sweet and friendly cat, she is very clean and chill.
We are offering a big room in the main floor (our bedroom is downstairs) having a closet and an exit to a private patio. We only use it when we want to barbecue :). There is a bathroom located right outside of the bedroom than we barely used. Your bedroom has private access to the bathroom and to the patio. There is a sun deck, part of the community with canyon and ocean views that barely no one uses :). Pls see the pictures to have an idea of the space we are offering
