The Damberger Family Manor.
We have two rooms available that are just blocks from the trolley station and bus stops. Public transportation between our house and San Diego State University is 30 minutes. The Damberger Family Manor is a historical 4- bedroom, 2 bath 2-story house located in Lemon Grove, a culturally diverse neighborhood. Enjoy living in a residence that is over 107 years old. Also, relax in three beautiful patios surrounded by flowers, hummingbird feeders, a water fountain and mature trees.
Cost for staying at the Damberger Family Manor is $1000 for a private, spacious, furnished room with a shared bathroom. Included are Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, off-street parking space, utilities and kitchen privileges, for example, cooking and eating utensils and equipment are all included.
In our neighborhood, you will find a post office, banks, cleaners, 4 parks, lots of churches, clothes shops, public library, grocery stores, fast food restaurants, drug stores, ethnic restaurants and a Starbucks all within an easy walking distance.
