Hi , I have a room available. Rent is $950/mo fully furnished and all utilities included. We're in Clairemont Mesa, extremely close to all the Asian supermarkets and restaurants including two 99 Ranch Supermarkets, Zion and new H-Mart. We're just within 15 mins to UCSD by car. My wife and I speak Cantonese, no pets and no kids, very quiet home and safe neighborhood. • No illicit drugs or 420 inside and outside room (no exception)
• No heavy alcohol drinking/Responsible drinking OK
• Single occupancy only (sorry, no couples, kids, guests, pets)
• Roommate who keeps cleanliness and great hygiene in bedroom/bathroom and in communal kitchen area
• Someone w/ day-time job or full time students outside the house
• Not for full-time work-at-home tenants
• Prefer someone who doesn't like to cook, minimal or no cooking
• Not for couples and/or double occupancy
• Not for tenants to regularly host guests during daytime and nighttime
• Not for tenants to host any guest for LATE NIGHT AND/OR OVERNIGHT stay (respect for quiet sleep/privacy for others)
• No use of lighted candles or smoky incense in bedroom (safety hazard)
• Must be covid responsible and all vaccines+booster shots
