Judy is 70 years old. She speaks English. Judy is at home everyday. She is interested in sports, cooking, cinema, music, reading, photography, talking with friends, travel, computer/internet, foreign cultures, watching TV, gardening, camping, the outdoors, board games, fashion, theater and pets.

Charlie is 72 years old. He speaks English, and is a general contractor (retired). Charlie is at home several days a week. He is interested in sports, fishing, BBQing,, cinema, music, reading, travel, foreign cultures, watching TV, camping, the outdoors, cars, science, theater and pets.

This is a non-smoking residence; the guests are allowed to smoke outside. They have a dog (Reba) very friendly, but mostly outdoors..

At Judy and Charlie 's guests can stay a minimum of 1 month, and up to a maximum of 365+nights . We prefer couples, international guests, and college students..Age range from 21-28 YEARS OLD.
Our guests are usually college students, and international students from all over the world who have come to San Diego to learn English as a second language...We also have many that come in the summer or for semester breaks to enjoy the beaches and all that San Diego has to offer..While in San Diego many of our guests also travel to Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas...

We have been hosting students for 28 years and have made many long lasting friendships expanding the entire globe..A very rewarding experience at it's best.

Our 5 bedroom 4 bath home is situated in San Diego California 92106. The name of the neighborhood is Loma Portal/Point Loma. All of the rooms are built around a central courtyard with a fountain in the middle...Great for BBQ's, and relaxing...There is a rooftop deck for sun bathing..reading a book etc.

The distance to the city centre is 8.1km (5 miles). The next access point to public transport is directly across the street from our home. We are centrally located to all of the attractions in the city...Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Little Italy, Downtown, Shopping Malls, all the beautiful beaches etc...There is a large supermarket, Starbucks, numerous eateries, and a wonderful park all within walking distance from our home...

You will love San Diego...It is a beautiful city waiting to share it all with you....
