My spacious and beautiful house is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. I want to help you to focus on your education and or profession by offering attendant services. I can provide laundry, transportation, weekend activities and chaperoning for a nominal fee. Meals are prepared and self-served at your own convenience. I hope you will enjoy all that San Diego has to offer such as the beaches, the hills, the arts and entertainment, shopping, academics, and etc.
I am a life long teacher, a developmental specialist and a resource and referral consultant. I always look for opportunities to help people through volunteering. I like creating international cuisine without pork products, shell fish and gluten. My favorite exercise is walking around the nearby lake or along the coastline. I spend most of my time teaching, mentoring and coaching. I have hosted Taiwanese students in the past. They have enriched my life so much that I want to continue the experience. I welcome females of any faith, though my is Christianity.
My ideal resident:
Is a female of ages 18+ with identification such an official passport
Has financial verification via bank statements
Doesn't smoke, use drugs, consume alcohol, keep animals, speaks offensive language, exhibits aggressive behaviors and has incurred criminal histories
Returns to house by 10PM nightly, unless otherwise notified
Wears modest attire when out of bedroom and bathroom
Can communicate clearly and advocate for self
Is clean with hygiene, tidy with environment and peaceful with people
Can commit to paying rent promptly
My house rules to ensure privacy, enjoyment and mutual respect:
Double occupancy, two guests sharing a bedroom and a bathroom.
Two twin-sized beds in furnished room with desk, lamp, night stand, linens, closet, shelving and door with lock.
Common areas and items need to be kept available, clean and tidy for all, such as kitchen utensils.
When ill, there is a designated room for isolation and solitude
Showers are limited to 10 minutes for conservation efforts
Two loads of laundry per week allotted
Weekend Activities can be arranged depending on your interest. I can provide transportation as well as chaperoning/guide service.
Mail will be retrieved and distributed by host.
Personal music can be enjoyed through head phones in common areas.
Hair dye and nail polish can be used with caution and no spills. Please see host for assistance.
Candles and open flame are not permitted anywhere on premises, except for stove Privacy is important for all.
Guests can visit in common areas only. A probation period of two weeks will ensure compatibility.
Only female guests are welcomed on the premises, there is meeting space within walking distance
Damage Deposit of $1000 will be required at time of signing California Landlord Lodger License(CLLL), and is returned upon move out, less the deductions of damages caused by resident
California Landlord Lodger License(CLLL) can be renewed from month to month
Rent is to be paid on or before the first of each month.
If anything requires repairs, host will assume responsibility, unless damage is caused by resident and will be deducted from the security deposit.
