Welcome to my home in a quiet, safe neighborhood of North San Diego City. We are conveniently located near major highways and public transportation. Rent is $1,200 per month for rooms with shared bathroom, and $1,300 for private room with private bathroom. Rent is payable on arrival and on the first of each month. Included in the rent are WiFi, electricity and water, clothes washing and drying, and refrigerator/freezer for your food. You can cook your own meals using everything in the kitchen, provided you wash up and leave it the way you found it. We need absolute quiet in the house from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, so we can all get a good night's sleep.No overnight guests. If your school is in the La Jolla or UCSD area, I will drive you to school in the morning. We can take trips and go sightseeing at your convenience. I am retired, and I am available to help you in any way I can to make your stay the best ever - I love being a homestay Mom - I have had students in my house for the last 20 years. As of March 1, I will have available a single bedroom with shared bathroom, at $1,200 per month.
