Hello
I have a master bedroom for rent. There is an adjoined office that’s perfect for studying. You would have full use of home, and the bathroom is next to room and only for your use. There is a large balcony the length of my home, with seating and a barbecue. . All linens are furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Internet, utilities are all included. There are no animals in my home. It’s preferable if you have a car, but there is a bus stop within walking distance. My home is close to SDSU, but quite a distance from UCSD. No smoking anywhere on my property. There is a coffee/tea bar with simple breakfast items set up outside of the room.
I also have a smaller bedroom with a private en suite bathroom available.
I have enjoyed hosting students/ visitors from Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, India, Zambia and UAE.
